Literacy Volunteers-West Hudson, Inc. is an accredited affiliate of ProLiteracy America. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, receiving funding from individual donors, local businesses and corporations, community organizations, and foundations. We are a United Way organization.

We use the money we raise to:

• Recruit and train new volunteers
• Purchase training materials
• Match tutors and students
• Provide ongoing support to tutors and students
